Transposed tables not yet written / integrated into latexTable.toCPBLtable

Code in toCPBLtable() says "Note that in
2014, there is not yet a facility here to make use of the
transposed-table feature of the cpblTables.sty framework."

ie it still needs fuller interface to cpblTableStyleC.

Why is dataframeWithLaTeXToTable not used in toCPBLtable() ?
