Add support for gamepads #3

Check for gamepad connections every frame. If multiple gamepads are detected, check for input and pick the first one as the primary gamepad and continue receiving input. If there are no new gamepads detected continue polling the previous one until its inactive. There can be multiple connected gamepads and zero active gamepads.
