Can we have a question on screen and a response collection period after each block?

For example, in the visual Localiser, if we have a task to detect the colour change of the fixation cross, in addition to this, we can ask them how many targets were there in the preceding block, one or two? For this we can show a text on screen and ask them to press buttons accordingly?

Or if we have our experiments with only motion blocks, we can ask them which direction was the preceding block?
