There could be architectural reasons causing this problem. If the code which generates the message is very different from the rest of the website, it's not trivial to fix. We don't want to require a major overhaul for a small issue. need to investigate more. Ultimately, this could be low priority, if there are blockers.
@gregkaleka if you have time maybe look into this issue.
