Custom width or height for images?

This may be a CKEditor limitation but if I recall correctly, in past versions CKEditor allowed for images added via the toolbar to have a custom width and/or height size set. Is this no longer possible? It's a bit of a limitation when importing content from other CMS platforms (such as that one that rhymes with WordSchmress). ;)

If it's no longer possible, what's a good workaround that doesn't involve having a ton of different transforms for CKEditor images?
