Support element titles in bulk editing

As far as I can tell, it's not possible at the moment to edit an element's title for any element type when bulk editing. The element chip in the first column isn't editable, and the title isn't available as a column in element indexes.

Allowing bulk edits for titles would be great. One use-case for this is uploading a bunch of assets at once and then editing the auto-generated titles afterwards. Right now you have to open each asset individually, this would be much faster if you could use bulk editing.
