Feature request: Add ability to provide default values/settings for Link field's Advanced Fields

I had a request from a client to have new Links set "Open in a new tab" to enabled by default, but found there isn't a way to set that within the Link field; right now you can only enable Advanced Fields and re-order them.

It could also be helpful to set default values to other enabled Advanced Fields as well, to provide consistency, but the Target field is the one I think would be most useful.
