Last LineItem Updated

Description

A method added to the cart to fetch the last updated LineItem. While multiple LineItems can be updated together, as far as adding products to cart, most flows add one product at a time.

One difficulty I expect with this: currently the cart updates the dateUpdated field for all LineItems when it is updated, rather than just those that have changed.
