[asdf_check] various minor issues

• empty depends-on in asdf breaks the script
• non-existent depends-on also
• a nice improvement would be a parameter to omit non-existant ROS packages in the missing dependency list, if it is not in the rospack path, it's not a ROS package, so don't list it
