Check dependencies listed within notebooks

I wonder if notebooks still can trip, for the same reasons why CI jobs started going south, when not pinning those dependencies over there as well?

The patch GH-60 only satisfies the test suite, and notebooks do not use pip install to install dependencies from the requirements.txt file, do they?
