User Roles for "Edit own invoice, Create own invoice," etc

We have an employee who needs access to our Crater system to create and send invoices. However, we do not want this user to be able to see existing invoices made by other users. Would it be possible to create a user role called "view own invoices" and "view all invoices" so that each user may create and view their own invoices only?
