Add mandatory legal fields for Europe to the customer record.

Describe the bug
When creating a customer, it is necessary to add the fields "Tax Identification Number" and "VAT Identification Number" in the billing information. These two fields must be printed on the invoice as billing information.

Expected behavior
Add the fields in the "Create Customer" section, under billing information. Ensure that these values are visible when printing the invoice.
