Early Payment Discount

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

There are sometimes situations in which it is necessary to allow a discount when the customer is paying in a certain time frame. For example:

• 4% discount when payed within 7 days
• 2% discount when payed within 14 days
• 0% discount when payed after 14 days

How is it possible to implement such a scenario with crater? When recording a payment with a discounted value, the invoice will stay in the state partially paid forever. I'm pretty sure that it is already possible, but that I miss something. Therefore, any pointer into the right direction is highly appreciated 🙂

Would be great to create a payment entry in crater, but tick a checkbox stating: Discount applied - Invoice is paid

Thanks @mohitpanjwani for promoting it as a Feature Request. We would love to use Crater internally, but this is a blocker right now 🙁 Is there maybe a bounty program so that we could support the development financially? Alternatively, we would love to contribute code, but would need some pointer into the right direction how you would anticipate this kind of feature.
