Get informed when updates have been applied

Hello

I would like to use Diun to inform my Nagios. I would do this via email. But now Diun only sends an email when an update is available. To use it with Nagios I need also an email after the image updates have been applied to Docker to get the Nagios service go green again.
Is there a way to do this? I can't find on in the docs.
Maybe it would be easier to have an API to query with curl. Only a thought.
