Review Containerfile for crc-builder for non-linux

Current version 1.0.0 it is showing quiet amount of security vulnerabilities

Probably it is worthwhile to change the base image based on support-tools to an ubi with customization on Containerfile, that will allow us to add dependabot / renovate to have more control over new versions to fix new vulnerabilities
