mac build installer failed due to permission denied

This is kind of related with the upcoming upgrade to go 1.23. This is initially introduced on vfkit and it is affecting us b/c we are building all components from latest. But based on this https://redhat-internal.slack.com/archives/CGG67T45P/p1740486540492559 as vfkit will not release a new version we will hold that upgrade til (at least) next sprint.

To solve this issue @albfan is working on #54 which will allow us to build vfkit from a branch / tag so we can keep having everything build on go 1.22

Last nightly was modified and run correctly now.

machines are restored to use go 1.22

bumping to go 1.23, build complains on admin-helper.
