Let me name my instance

Even if you can only have 1 instance of OpenShift Local, it would be nice if you could name it whatever you want (keeping the same default name as today would be fine), as you can with Podman, Kind, or Sandbox instances.

This does mean we'd need to display another field in Resources that shows what preset it is.

Resources will eventually show preset and more information regarding the instance.
however, naming it individually might not be possible.

We however do the following, and that might be related?

• [Idea] Switching preset should store configuration option in a preset-specific file crc#3634
• [idea] crc preset names should represent the VM instances crc#3639

The name of the instance is related to the uniqueness for us to allow controlling it (it matches the name in the VMM). The previous issues store preset specific info, and will name the instance as crc-microshift or similar.
