Produce nightly bits when a new change is merged

We need to produce the nightly bits for the crc-extension when a new change is merged. This way you can use them in the E2E tests to always install the actual latest state of the extension.

I would sugget to extend or duplicate https://github.com/crc-org/crc-extension/blob/main/.github/workflows/build-builder.yaml instead of building the builder just build the extension

It would be great to also publish the bits under nightly tag.
