[Epic] Enhance CRC extension to allow deployment from setup

During the work on this I found this issues:

• 'showQuickPick' not correctly handle "Escape" keyboard event podman-desktop/podman-desktop#1695
  this is the worst, as it can brake our code execution(set up) if user press "escape" during preset selecting input box.

• "showQuickPick" not fully implement its API podman-desktop/podman-desktop#1722
  this doesn't show preset detailed information, which we provide.

• Status bar broken if status bar item has to long text podman-desktop/podman-desktop#1723
  just break UI of podman desktop status bar, when we add long text(which we do during installataion/setup)

• 'ProviderInstalled' dashboard component doesn't use 'KubernetesProviderConnectionFactory' podman-desktop/podman-desktop#1701
  this is not relevant for us, it just a bug in podman desktop dashboard widget

• Podman desktop hung on "Initializing..." screen podman-desktop/podman-desktop#1760 Using some of extension API could break podman desktop, not affect crc-extension for now

@evidolob can you describe the severity/impact of the issue. Is it blocking, workaround needed, etc.

Non of them is blocking.
