[BUG] Deleting a cluster from system tray leaves a stopped cluster in resources

Follow up issue for PR #916. More info on the reproducer there.

Steps to reproduce

1. Have a CRC cluster up and running
2. Open system tray, hover over the cluster name, click on 'Delete'
3. Go to resources

Expected

There is no CRC cluster on the CRC extension card

Actual

There is a stopped CRC cluster on the extension card

I just tried on the latest release (2.3.0), and the behavior is now different (but still wrong). If you follow the steps from the issue nothing happens, and if you open PD you see the dialog to confirm deleting the cluster:
