Define what a 'minimal' OpenShift/kubernetes would need as preset option 2

With the presets we have identified the following:

1. only a basic Podman environment
2. Minimal: undefined preset
3. Standard: CRC as currently offered
4. Full: CRC with monitoring enabled

We need to describe what a minimal subset of started components would look like to provide a 'kubernetes'-like environment with CRC.

We need to pick from here what the Kubernetes parts are, but also the parts that we might see as an 'essential' part of OpenShift. Eg. openshift-sdn is NOT helpful to us, but might be a dependency for other components, or DNS as this the cluster relies on the hostnames to work; though this seems to be a customized version from regular kubernetes?

On the team sync we discussed what the preset No. 2 would look like. We decided the quickest win would be to 'disable' the OLM as this would save about 1GB of the resources. This would be a good start ...

The idea would be that we can test disabling more, ... but these will be recorded as follow-ups and/or initiated by requests.

Once we start shipping this, enabling more things for a given profile is easy. Removing things from a profile is prone to breaking some use cases, and cause user issues on upgrades.

Right. Ideally we would start using 'the scalpel method' now and see how far we can get. but as a test we can use this setting as a baseline... we will not deliver this on short notice anyway; might be at least 2 sprints out. Note: also still awaiting PM's feedback.

We an alternative always introduce another option between option No. 1 and option No. 2; like 1.5 that has even more 'disabled' or removed. But that is of course AFTER we would have released this functionality.... as once released, we can not remove more of an option.
