If IP matches 127.0.0.1 use `localhost` instead

Currently for the podman system connections we use the IP address 127.0.0.1 while podman machine uses localhost instead.

@gbraad Does it have any conflict or feature failure if not used localhost ? Or this is just to use what podman machine is using?
