[Integration] Add test around timesync for podman bundle

Recently we added support for time sync for vfkit and we should have some integration tests around it to make sure we don't break it moving forward. We still need to wait for new podman bundle to have those time sync bits in place.

The podman bundle is gone, but I am not sure we have a test for the time sync after sleep.

Not I tried in the past but it is almost impossible to emulate that from a server, there was a possible way which was based on sending SIG but those were too low level and not handle by the code :(
