Can not start OpenShift cluster on my local machine

General information

1. I run crc start

2. I get
   a. One warnning -> WARN Failed public DNS query from the cluster: ssh command error:
   command : curl --head quay.io"
   b. and one error ->ERRO Cannot update kubeconfig: Head "https://oauth-openshift.apps-crc.testing:443": read tcp 127.0.0.1:54265->127.0.0.1:443: wsarecv: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host.
   Started the OpenShift cluster.

3. crc status gives ->

CRC VM: Running
OpenShift: Starting (v4.17.7)
RAM Usage: 20.96GB of 106.8GB
Disk Usage: 5.219GB of 9.4GB (Inside the CRC VM)
Cache Usage: 28.09GB
Cache Directory: C:\Users\grzde.crc\cache

Steps to reproduce
