cli: Test on WSL

• need some tarball to use as the disk image (can reuse the one from podman-machine for now?)
• need to have a way to pass this tarball to podman-machine, dunno if it can work the same way as other disk images
• try if a wsl vm can be started

Done some testing.

I created an image using the image builder -> https://console.redhat.com/insights/image-builder
During the build process i added these packages

"procps-ng",
"openssh-server",
"net-tools",
"iproute",
"dhcp-client",
"sudo",
"systemd",
"socat"

• one script to create the missing folders

#!/bin/bash

mkdir -p /etc/containers/registries.conf.d

By using the resulting image in tar.gz format it works.
Just feed the init command of macadam with the tarball

Socat is not needed as it is not used in wsl

Did a test with rhel 10 (beta) and it worked.

The needed packages were
