The system cannot find win-sshproxy.exe

When starting a rhel VM on WSL the podman code tries to detect and use win-sshproxy.exe which is not currently bundled with macadam. Should we remove it for the moment?

podman seems to be using it to make the podman/docker socket available on the host instead of in the guest.
I started making podman socket forwarding optional, when this is done, hopefully macadam will no longer try to run win-sshproxy.
