Add support for resizing the disk image used by the VM

Updating https://github.com/moby/hyperkit/tree/master/go to the latest version adds a dependency on the qcowtool binary, and https://github.com/moby/hyperkit/blob/master/go/disk.go#L190
This comes with API breakage though.
