[BUG] Unexpected status on tray (fresh installation) #118

Description
On pre-release 1.29.0 on a fresh installation the status shown by the tray has change from previous releases.
Previous releases show state as Stopped, now tray is showing Machine does not exist.
This change of state has not been planned and also it is not consistent with what we got on other platforms.
