`carti list --all` lists global bundles twice

Not sure this is intended/expected behavior.

For example, in an empty directory, with only the default bundles installed (globally), we see the global bundles when running carti list, and we see them twice when running carti list --all

I'll double check this, but the behavior is showing the installed and uninstalled bundle locations. It doesn't deduplicate by default. I guess what would you want, is to have specific filters for all the cases
(installed, uninstalled,all (both, local, global)) .

This probably became more confusing when support for globals were added.

If the new behavior worked like this

carti list --installed --both (default is both)
carti list --uninstalled --both (default is both)
carti list --uninstalled
carti list --all (show everything you know about, uninstalled installed )

It's hard the intent --all is to show everything 🤔 what do you think?

Not sure I follow. So a global bundle is both installed and uninstalled at the same time? Notice that it's an empty directory, I haven't installed those global bundles locally.
