v1.3.2 Downloaded does not work out of the box

I downloaded v1.3.2 from the website, but there seems to be several issues with the product I downloaded. It seems like not all of the changes captured in the changelog are represented in the product I downloaded.

I see the following being used which were marked as removed or changed:

• sass
• react-photoswipe
• react-bootstrap-switch
• react-google-maps
• react-tagsinput

I also see the lack of added dependencies

• photoswipe@4.1.3
• jquery@3.6.0
• bootstrap@4.6.0
• react-photoswipe-gallery@1.3.4

However some of the updates exist such as

• headroom@0.12.0
• moment@2.29.4
• react@18.2.0

It seems that the download on creativetim is flawed.
