Phone UI needs tweaking for lowres devices

Issues I encountered:

• Cannot scroll in credential list (so not all credentials accessible)
• Cannot scroll in settings view (credential PIN button out of view, probably caused by margins)
• Issuer logo displayed over issuer information (above or below would be prefered)
• Minor issue: top/bottom margin of log view can be dropped (its just whitespace)

Works fine on midrange Acer Liquid Glow E330 (should be comparable to Nexus S, but Bart could check that).
