Request to Add CDP (Collateralized Debt Position) Skill

I would like to request the addition of a CDP skill to IntentKit. This skill should allow agents to interact with CDP protocols (e.g., to open, manage, and close CDPs, monitor collateralization, and manage liquidations) on supported blockchains. The skill should provide real-time CDP status, risk metrics, and basic CDP management functions, and integrate with on-chain wallets.

Use Case:

Open and manage CDPs to mint, repay, and monitor stablecoins and collateral
Receive risk and liquidation alerts
Analyze CDP and collateral health
Benefit:
This skill would enable agents to manage and optimize CDP positions, and to provide CDP-based DeFi strategies and risk management to users.
