Describe the solution you'd like

I maintain OpenMemory (local-first persistent memory for LLMs).
I'd like to add it as an optional memory backend for CrewAI so agents can retain memory across runs without vector DBs.

Proposed:

• New OpenMemory memory store
• Optional dependency
• No breaking changes
• Example added

If this direction is accepted, I’ll open a PR.

Hey @nullure , thanks for the issue. How's the safety for concurrency models look on this? Looks like standalone mode uses sqlite if I read correctly

Yes, standalone mode currently uses SQLite, but it is safe for concurrent read-heavy workloads and controlled concurrent writes.
