New comment icon should not be visible when the changes were done by myself

Describe the bug
Newly added comments by myself enables the icon "Pull Request has new comments or updates on existing comments since your last visit"

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to extension page
2. Open a PR that has no blue "new comment" icon visible.
3. Add a comment in the PR
4. Open extension page in the same page, or switch back to previous page and refresh page.
5. See that there is a blue "new comment" icon visible.

Expected behavior
No blue "new comment" icon when the changes were done by me.
