Scrolls to the top whenever closed

I have 'Disable auto timeline scroll on launch' enabled but my app keeps refreshing to the top anyway

@swakwork @crimera?? Anyone? I've tried tons of different versions. The only one I've been able to find that it doesn't scroll to the top as soon as the app is shut is v11.3.5. That version is super old and has other features that are broken. Whenever I click the notifications or messages tab the app crashes and restarts.

In my case, this only happens in the "Following" tab, the patch still works in the "For you" tab.
