A bit of Feedback: Icon, Name, Notifications and a Crash #835
Description
I downloaded the Piko Patches and uninstalled my old version of twitter (the very last one before it became X) because in the website it was advertising that you could change the App name and the Icons.
But it's not going very well on that part. The ad-blocking, the ui changing, those work fine and I'm happy with that, that's my biggest reason to use the modded APK
But it's a bit "eh" that I can't change the app icon consistently (it keeps returning back to the official X), sometimes it spawns a myriad of twitter icons in my app list, and even disappears from the front page of my phone.
Also, the app doesn't change the notification icon, even after changing the app icon.
Also, one bug I found when trying to get a screenshot of the notification icon not changing, is that the messages (or X-chat now, whatever, sounds cringe ngl) crashes the app (that's where I got the myriad of twitter icons)
So, to make it short:
-The App doesn't change the Icon.
-I didn't find where to change the name (I may be stupid, so you can ignore this one).
-The app crashed twice when I opened the messages. (And I couldn't even set the notification I mentioned before, but that I don't think it's related to the mod, just felt like adding this for the sake of fairness)
-Numerous twitter apps appeared in my app list after the crash.
-The Notifications remain being X even when the icon changes.

(I blacked out my username (but not the twitter account to prove it's an actual notification) and personal apps. My launcher is Lawnchair, I'm using their icon change and name change feature for the moment, but it's more like a jury-rig, as it's more of a visual change only, as the system still calls it X and the icon doesn't change in the "alt tab" screen (I forgot the right name))
(Don't take my words as offensive if at any moment they seemed like so, I am self taught in English, and I do not wish to offend, I actually admire the work it comes to works like this. So Thank you for the mod, you and everyone involved in this project)
