Make offline downloads of the site/content

Aside from all of the Tools themselves, it'd be nice to be able to download all of the site content (Articles, et al) in offline formats:

• PDF
• ePub
• Zim (kiwix/wikipedia)
• mobi (kindle)
• ...?

There are (at least) two big parts to do:

• the exporter/formatter to each of the formats
• the recurring background/cron job to regenerate those download files

We should also do like Kiwix and Wikipedia do the articles:

• lite (text only)
• full (text and images/vidos/audio)
