support ssh_config file?

hi!, i've been trying to pass a different port to slex using --option Port=XXXX but it says it can't connect to "host:22"...

since i have to give it other options, is there a possibility for it to support the ssh_config file?

@fauno could you retry the --option Port=XXX with the latest master branch?

I had the same issue. I think the cleanHost call overrides the port coming form the config file/-option flag.
