Request for azurerm_container_registry_cache_rule resource

What resource do you need?

Terraform Resource Name:

azurerm_container_registry_cache_rule

What is your use case?

We are trying to create a composition for Azure Container Registry to be used as a central registry for our platform. The goal is to configure the registry as a pull-through cache (proxy) for public registries such as Docker Hub.
