provider-upjet-gcp does not support google_storage_insights_report_config, which blocks adoption and management of existing GCP Storage Insights report configurations through Crossplane.

What could help solve your problem?

Add support for google_storage_insights_report_config to provider-upjet-gcp, including generated APIs/controllers/CRDs and external-name handling.

I have a working implementation and can open a PR for it.
