RepositoryFile content field should support referencers and selectors

the content field of RepositoryFile should support referencers / selectors so that file content can be provided from a secret or configmap from within the cluster.

This feature would highly be appreciated by me and my team 🥇

I believe this should be addressed more on a composition level rather than by the provider itself.
