make build failes for newer docker version > 24 #8
Description
When running make build in a repo with this submodule I get.

This Slack message describes the same issue and they solved it by downgrading to docker 24.
This worked for me as well as a workaround but I hope this can be fixed.
A lot of Provider Pipelines that rely on this submodule still use an old version of Buildx that is compatible. They should continue to work with the new solution.
