Add more drivers

I think we should work on some new drivers for existing cloud providers so it's easier for @cryb/portals to be setup instead of custom drivers having to be written. We had a couple internal drivers when we were testing stuff before we went open source I might be able to pull up, but here are a couple recommendations:

• AWS
• DigitalOcean
• Vultr
• UpCloud
• Hetzner Cloud
• Linode
• OVH VPS Cloud

Open to any more suggestions!
