Is there a way to get rid of the "Data Privacy" window?

Each time I launch Fusion, I have to sit there and wait for this "Data Privacy" window. It feels like it takes several minutes to actually load. Eventually it does load and I see the settings on the page as seen in the second image below.

It does this every time I start fusion, though, no matter what options I select on this screen. Is there some way to make these settings "stick" so that it doesn't have to show and thus wait for it to load, every time? I am hoping that there is some configuration somewhere that can be set to remember that it was already shown and the options were selected?
