Using the same MBean metrics monitoring facility (see #815), the Smart Trigger subsystem should be able to perform other actions than starting a Flight Recording - for example, creating a thread or heap dump and immediately pushing that to Cryostat. A single trigger definition should be able to support multiple possible actions.
