[Epic] Upgrade to Patternfly 6 #1676

cryostat-web currently uses Patternfly 5, but Patternfly 6 has been out for some time. We should eventually upgrade. This will require upgrading all Patternfly packages for both cryostat-web and cryostat-openshift-console-plugin.
This cannot be done until we upgrade the cryostat-openshift-console-plugin to use a newer plugin SDK with OpenShift 4.19 as the minimum supported version, since this is the first version which ships Patternfly 6. Otherwise, if we upgrade cryostat-web to Patternfly 6, we will either force our console plugin to support OpenShift 4.19+ only while older releases are still supported and in common usage, or the console plugin will need to pin an old cryostat-web version and potentially diverge for some time.
