In a92f940, fe7e2f4 got partially reverted regarding the keylcoak theme dependency bump as it breaks the theme.
To fix
- check Tailwind release note against changes
- bump the dependency again
- do the required changes
- verify it looks as it was before

Bump dependencies in the Keycloak theme project and keep the current layout, with fe7e2f4 it is
