we need a custom node restarter fault impl because chaos-mesh's is having issues with reth/geth.

this will be needed for unhealthy network recovery too.

--production kurotosis flag will restart failed pods automatically if they die. Maybe its suitable for some usecases?

To be more precise, the enclave should be started with the --production flag and the restart is working.
