Show detector check names in report itself

Describe the desired feature

Currently, the default report links to the wiki which has the name of the detector to ignore, I think the report itself should display the name so it doesn't need anyone to open the wiki in the first place.

The alternative solution would be to change section names on the wiki to match the name of the detector.

E.g.
Reference: https://github.com/crytic/slither/wiki/Detector-Documentation#block-timestamp -> Reference: https://github.com/crytic/slither/wiki/Detector-Documentation#timestamp
or

Hi @QEDK. That's a good suggestion.

An alterative that we might do is to use the detector name for the wiki title - which would simply the code maintenance at the same time
