Attributions and acknowledgements

This is an almost "cosmetic" issue: we need to understand where and how to give acknowledgements to people.

• where: within the Internet-Draft, or outside in some other file referenced from the README?
• how: people may have contributed in their own capacity or because they worked for an Institution or Organization. In the latter case, the institution should be acknowledged on top of the individual, or potentially rather than the individual?

I think we should have the acknowledgement section in the I-D, it is customary and a nice gesture I think. I think if we want to acknowledge institutions, it should be on top of the individuals. After all the individuals did the work, regardless if they did it as an individual or as part of their work. It would be strange to give individual contributors an acknowledgment, but not give those whom might have contributed a much larger effort, just because they could do the contributions as part of their work.

I think that we mention some institutions and products in the text, and that is fine, but we can leave the acknowledgment section for people and leave it at that.

I don't object to having individual names, especially if it's customary in Internet-Drafts. but IMHO the organizations should be prominent.

Another aspect I didn't mention explicitly is the attribution of the logo - which we just discovered cannot be given (or maybe could be given to ownCloud, to be confirmed) and I have removed for now.

This is the acknowledgement section for WebDAV for comparison: https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/html/rfc4918#section-22 it is similar to the current version we have I think.

I believe it should be given to either GEANT or ownCloud, based on the GEANT Wiki 😀

I've added the attributes for the Logo based on the discussions we had before and with Leif that we should make sure OCM doesn't have any Intellectual Property from other entities.

So, It makes sense to have the rights to use the logo.
